Chocolate Eclair - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box graham crackers
1 large box instant vanilla pudding
milk (according to pudding mix)
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
1 container chocolate icing
Preparation
-
Line bottom of 9 x 13 dish with graham crackers.
Mix pudding according to package directions.
Pour over grahams.
Pour Cool Whip over this.
Put another layer of grahams over this.
Put container of icing in microwave for 20 to 30 seconds so it will spread easily.
Spread this over top of grahams.
Chill.
Keep refrigerated.
