Zesty Vinaigrette Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. olive oil
2 Tbsp. Lea & Perrin's original Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 clove garlic, peeled and crushed
salt and pepper

Preparation

In a small bowl, combine oil, Lea & Perrin's original Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, mustard and garlic.
Whisk until creamy and smooth.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Whisk again immediately before serving.
Makes about 1 cup.
