Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 (16 oz.) can June peas, drained
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. cracker crumbs
1 (11 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Mix corn, peas, celery, pepper and onion.
Add cheese, sour cream, soup and seasoning mix and pour in casserole dish that is lightly greased or sprayed with Pam.
Cover with cracker crumbs. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
