Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can Shoe Peg corn
    1 can French-style green beans
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    8 oz. sour cream
    chopped onion and bell pepper (optional)
    1/2 to 1 c. grated cheese
    1 stick margarine
    1 tube Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Drain vegetables. Mix all ingredients, except margarine and crackers.
    Pour into casserole dish.
    Sprinkle crackers on top. Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven about 30 minutes.
