Wine Baked Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken parts
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. dry white wine
    1 1/2 Tbsp. minced onion flakes
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. celery salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. dried thyme
    1/4 tsp. dried marjoram
    1/4 tsp. dried rosemary
Preparation
    Place chicken in shallow baking pan.
    Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken.
    Marinate several hours (not necessary however).
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Bake chicken, uncovered for 1 hour basting frequently.
