Quick Beet Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans (16 oz.) beets
    1 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. mixed pickling spices
    3 tsp. Sweet and Low
    dash of salt
Preparation
    Drain beets and save 1 cup of the liquid. To the 1 cup of liquid add the rest of the ingredients. Heat to boiling. Pour over beets. Cool. Then keep in refrigerator.
