Chip Beef Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1 (2 1/2 oz.) jar dried beef
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. green peppers
    1 Tbsp. onion flakes
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mix all together, then mix 1/2 cup chopped pecans and 2 tablespoons of margarine and pour over.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until brown.
