Lemon Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. flour
3 eggs, separated
1/4 c. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Mix flour, sugar and add boiling water; stir while mixing. Beat egg yolks.
Add 2 tablespoons egg yolks to mixture, then add all together.
Let cook until thick.
Add lemon juice and batter. Top with egg whites and cook at 350\u00b0 until meringue is brown. Makes 1 large pie.
