Sugar Biscuit - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg, beaten
    2 c. flour
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. cream
Preparation
    Mix butter and sugar into beaten egg.
    Add flour and cream. Roll out, very thin, on a floured board.
    Place on buttered \"iron pan\" in 475\u00b0 oven.
