Honey Wheat Bread - cooking recipe

2 1/2 to 3 c. bread flour or all-purpose flour
3 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
2 pkg. instant yeast
1 c. milk
1 1/4 c. water
1/4 c. honey
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 Tbsp. salt
Preparation

Heat milk, water, honey, butter and salt in a pan until warm (110\u00b0 to 115\u00b0).
In a large bowl, combine 2 cups bread flour, 2 cups whole wheat flour and yeast.
Add warm liquids; beat 3 minutes on medium speed of mixer.
Add rest of whole wheat flour and enough bread flour to make very stiff dough.
