Great Grandma'S Rhubarb Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. milk
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. oleo, melted
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    dash of salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 to 3 c. rhubarb
Preparation
    Mix together ingredients, except the rhubarb.
    Put raw rhubarb in bottom of deep dish casserole and sprinkle with sugar (about a cup).
    Pour the mixture on top of the rhubarb and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes or golden brown.
    Can substitute other fruits such as blueberries, apples or strawberries.
