Rocky Road(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. milk chocolate, broken or chopped
    2 c. large marshmallows, halved or miniature marshmallows
    1 1/2 c. coarsely chopped Diamond walnuts
Preparation
    Place chocolate in 2-quart glass measuring cup with handle. Microwave at High for 2 1/2 minutes.
    Stir until evenly melted. Fold in marshmallows and walnuts; coat evenly.
    Turn into buttered 8-inch square pan.
    Chill until set.
    Cut into squares.
    Makes 2 pounds.
