Pot Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour (unsifted)
3 Tbsp. Crisco
1 tsp. salt
1 small egg
1/4 to 1/2 c. milk
Preparation

Cut shortening into flour and salt.
Add beaten egg.
Stir in enough milk to make a soft dough.
Roll half until very thin. Repeat with other half of dough.
Cut into 2-inch squares.
Drop into chicken or beef broth.
Cook until insides are not doughy.
