Venison Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. cubed deer meat
    1 c. onions, chopped
    2 cloves garlic
    1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
    1/4 c. oil
    salt and pepper
    1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
    2 pkg. brown gravy mix
    water
Preparation
    Marinate meat in soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper for about 1 hour. Cover bottom of pot with oil and heat; add meat. Cook on low heat with lid on for about 30 minutes. Remove lid and cook until all water is gone and meat is real brown, stirring often. Remove meat from pot; cover with water. Cook, covered, 30 to 40 minutes; add gravy mix. Stir until all lumps are out. Cook on low about 30 minutes, covered.
