Mexican Haystack - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. hamburger, browned and drained
    4 celery stalks, cut up fine
    dash of pepper
    1/2 tsp. marjoram
    3 cans Mexican chili beans
    1 can tomato sauce
    1 large onion, cut up fine
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 can stewed tomatoes
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and simmer one hour.
    To serve individually, put down Fritos first, then meat mixture, then shredded cheese, then cut up tomatoes and lettuce on top.
    Serves 10.
