Chicken Breast Spruce Cove Style - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large split/boned chicken breasts
    1/2 lb. fresh crabmeat
    1/4 c. celery, chopped
    2 Tbsp. fresh chives
    1 c. cheese flavored croutons, crushed
    1 c. mushrooms, chopped
    slight dash each: cinnamon, ginger, salt and lemon pepper
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together, except chicken and soup.
    Fill each chicken breast with mixture.
    Secure.
    Place, seam side down, in a 1 1/2-quart baking dish (rectangular).
    Place any extra filling between chicken breasts.
    Pour undiluted mushroom soup over all.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Garnish with parsley.
