Green Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 head lettuce
    1 large can drained green peas
    1/2 purple onion (in rings)
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    1 large cucumber, sliced
    1 green pepper (in rings)
    4 boiled eggs, sliced
    1 c. mayonnaise (not salad dressing)
Preparation
    Line bottom of bowl with lettuce.
    Add next 6 ingredients in layers.
    Top with mayonnaise.
    Sprinkle on heavy layer of Parmesan cheese.
    Let chill in refrigerator overnight.
