My Favorite Pork Chop Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops
    1 1/4 c. water, divided
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 bunch broccoli spears
    salt and pepper to taste
    4 ears frozen corn on cob
    1 to 2 Tbsp. oleo
Preparation
    Trim fat from chops.
    Mix flour, salt and pepper.
    Dip chops in mixture.
    Preheat electric skillet to 360\u00b0; add oleo.
    Brown chops on both sides.
    Add 1/2 cup of water, cover and open vent. Set dish at medium.
    Simmer and time dish for 30 minutes.
    After frypan shuts off, lay corn and broccoli in frypan and add remaining 3/4 cup water.
    Close vent and continue simmering for 10 to 13 minutes.
    Serves 4.
