Hawaiian Style Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    5 lb. stew meat
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    4 stalks celery, cut into 2-inch sticks
    1 Tbsp. Hawaiian salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 (1 lb.) can cut green beans, drained
    water
    4 medium carrots, cut into 2-inch pieces
    4 medium potatoes, cut into 2-inch pieces
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato sauce
Preparation
    In a large saucepot, heat oil.
    Brown meat.
    Stir in garlic, onion, celery, salt and pepper.
    Add water to cover.
    Cover; bring to a boil, lower heat and cook until vegetables are tender.
    Add green beans and cook for 5 more minutes.
    Makes 12 servings.
