German Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 gal. tomatoes
18 ears corn
3 c. butter beans
4 large onions
1 lb. carrots
3 c. okra
3 pods hot peppers
3 large bell peppers
1/2 c. dark vinegar
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. salt
Preparation

Peel tomatoes and quarter into dishpan.
Cut off corn and add to tomatoes.
Add minced onions and all other ingredients.
Simmer for about thirty minutes.
Place in clean, sterilized quart jars. Can on 10 pounds pressure for fifteen minutes.
