Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. pumpkin, cooked and drained
    1 c. sugar
    4 Tbsp. flour
    2 eggs, separated (using yolks for pie)
    1 grated orange rind
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 stick margarine
    dash of salt
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients thoroughly and reserve egg whites for meringue.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven until crust is brown and filling is set, about 30 minutes.
