Oatmeal Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 c. quick oats
1/2 c. butter or margarine
1 c. white sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 whole eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. soda
pinch of salt
Preparation

Pour boiling water over oats. Let stand 30 minutes. Cream butter or margarine and sugars. Add remaining ingredients. Mix all well. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes or until done.
