Ingredients

1/2 c. plain yogurt
1/4 c. sour cream
3/4 c. chopped green onions
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 chopped garlic cloves
1 tsp. coriander
1/2 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. ground red pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
4 or 5 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
Preparation

In blender (or food processor) combine all ingredients except chicken.
Mix until smooth.
Pour in a large baking dish.
Pound cutlets to 1/4-inch thickness.
Place in baking dish.
Coat on both sides and cover.
Refrigerate overnight.
