Stuffed Zucchini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 zucchini halves
1/2 small onion
3 1/2 slices white bread
2 eggs
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. Cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. salt and 1/4 tsp. pepper or to taste
Preparation

Boil zucchini about 5 minutes in salted water.
Take middles out of zucchini and dice.
Combine all of the ingredients and stuff into zucchini shells.
Dot stuffed shells with butter and place in baking pan.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 20 to 30 minutes. Serves 4.
