Claudette'S Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 well beaten eggs
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. oil
    3 c. grated carrots
    1 (13 or 20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, well drained
    1/2 c. flaked coconut
    1/2 c. broken walnuts
    1/2 c. raisins
    2 c. whole wheat flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Combine eggs, sugar, oil and beat well.
    Add carrots, pineapple, coconut, walnuts and raisins; mix well.
    Add flour, baking soda, cinnamon and nutmeg; mix well.
    Bake in a 10 x 14-inch greased and floured pan at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
