Microwave Lemon Piccata Sauce - cooking recipe

2 Tbsp. butter
1/4 c. hot water and 1 to 2 tsp. chicken bouillon granules
1 Tbsp. flour
2 to 3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
2 Tbsp. capers rinsed and drained (optional)
1/3 to 1/2 c. cream
