Debbie'S Bacon And Potato Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices bacon
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped celery
    2 medium potatoes, peeled
    1 c. chicken broth
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 1/2 c. milk
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In saucepan, cook bacon, onion and celery until bacon is lightly browned and vegetables are tender.
    Pour off drippings. Dice potatoes; add with broth, salt and pepper.
    Cover; simmer 12 to 15 minutes or until potatoes are done.
    Stir in soup, sour cream, milk and parsley.
    Heat through.
    Serves 6.
