Steak Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
2 cups diced onion
1 cup diced carrots and celery
1 Tbsp. minced garlic
3 cans (13 3/4 oz. or 14 1/2 oz.) chicken broth
1 can (16 oz.) crushed tomatoes
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. red pepper sauce
1/2 tsp. freshly ground pepper
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup flour
Preparation

Brown ground beef in a Dutch oven over medium high heat.
Add onions, carrots, celery and garlic.
Cook 10 to12 minutes until vegetables are softened.
Add chicken broth, tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, red pepper sauce and pepper;
bring to a boil.
Reduce heat, cover and simmer 15 minutes.
