Cheese Snack Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 loaf frozen bread dough
1 egg
5 Tbsp. milk
3/4 tsp. grated onion
1/4 tsp. dash salt
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
caraway or poppy seed
Preparation

Thaw and raise bread according to directions.
When risen, spread in a square 8-inch pan that has been greased.
Grate cheese.
Combine egg, onion, salt and milk.
Add cheese and spread over bread dough.
Sprinkle with caraway or poppy seed.
(I usually do half and half.)
Bake in a preheated oven at 425\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
Excellent served warm with soup.
