Sausage Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            1 lb hot sausage
2 c sharp cheddar cheese shredded
2 c baking mix (like Bisquick)
Preparation
- 
                            Combine all ingredients; mix well.
Roll into 1 inch balls. Place on ungreased baking sheet.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for about 15-20 minutes.
Drain and serve.
Makes about 3 dozen.
