Mexican Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion, chopped
    2 cans drained kidney beans
    1 1/2 lb. hamburger meat
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
Preparation
    Saute chopped onion with hamburger meat.
    Drain grease from meat.
    Add all ingredients into pot; bring to a boil, cover and let simmer for 30 to 45 minutes.
    May add water if more juice is desired.
    Good with cornbread, crackers or Cheddar cheese.
