Quesadillas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 soft tortilla shells
    1 lb. beef or chicken
    2 tomatoes, chopped
    onion, chopped
    lettuce, chopped
    black olives, chopped
    1 lb. shredded cheese
    sour cream (optional)
Preparation
    Make beef or chicken filling according to package directions. In hot skillet, lightly oiled, brown a tortilla shell on one side only.
    Sprinkle cheese over shell.
    Add meat, tomatoes, onion, lettuce and black olives.
    Fold shell in half and wait a few moments.
    Remove from pan and cut in half.
    Place on a plate, place a teaspoon of sour cream on each half.
    Garnish with fresh parsley and fresh fruit.
