Souper Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. round steak, cut in bite-size pieces
    1/4 c. flour
    dash of pepper
    1/4 c. butter
    1 c. drained mushrooms
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 (10 oz.) can consomme soup
    1 c. sour cream
    3 c. cooked noodles or rice
Preparation
    Dust meat in flour and pepper.
    Brown in melted butter. Add mushrooms,
    onion and garlic.
    When meat is browned, stir in soup. Cover
    and cook 1 hour.
    Stir in sour cream and heat 5 minutes. Serve over noodles.
    Serves 6.
