Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. water
    chili powder to taste
    garlic salt to taste
    4 to 8 oz. Ortega chilies
    green embossa chili salsa
    12 corn tortillas
    enchilada sauce
    1 lb. Jack cheese
    1 lb. Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Fry and drain ground beef.
    Add water, chili powder, garlic salt, chilies and salsa.
    Simmer uncovered 15 to 20 minutes.
    Heat tortillas in microwave.
    Put 1/12 beef mixture in each and roll. Place seam side down in baking pan, single layer.
    Put enchilada sauce on each one.
    Shred cheese and sprinkle over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
