Diabetic Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. sifted flour
    2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. soft oleo
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. Sweeta
    2 c. freshly grated apples
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Mix and sift flour, soda, spices and salt.
    Add oleo, vanilla, egg and Sweeta.
    Beat until well blended.
    Stir in grated apples and nuts.
    Bake in well-greased 8-inch pan at 375\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
