fat or oil
1 pkg. refrigerator buttermilk or country-style biscuits
sugar or cinnamon
Preparation

Heat fat to 375\u00b0.
Make a hole in center of each biscuit with thumb; stretch into doughnut shape.
Fry in fat for about 2 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from pan; place on paper towels to drain.
Roll in sugar or cinnamon; serve warm.
