Quick Ground Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef, drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can mushrooms (stems and pieces; do not drain)
8 oz. sour cream
Preparation

Brown ground beef and drain.
Stir in cream of mushroom soup and mushrooms.
Heat until bubbly.
Add sour cream.
Stir and heat only until warmed. Serve over cooked rice or noodles.
