Salmon Log - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (1 lb.) can salmon
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. onion, grated
1 tsp. horseradish
1 tsp. liquid smoke
1/2 c. chopped pecans
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation

Mix all ingredients, except pecans and parsley, into salmon and chill for several hours for better handling.
Then roll in chopped pecans and chopped parsley.
Serve as spread for crackers.
