Creamy Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fresh broccoli
    10 oz. can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    8 oz. water chestnuts, chopped
    1/4 tsp. curry powder
    juice of 1 lemon
Preparation
    Slice and cook broccoli; drain and set aside.
    Blend together the soup, mayonnaise, water chestnuts and curry powder.
    Place broccoli
    in 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
    Squeeze lemon juice over top and cover with soup mix.
    Can top with breading and melted butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
