Cantaloupe Alaska - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium cantaloupe, seeded and cut into quarters
    4 scoops low-fat vanilla ice cream
    2 egg whites
    pinch of cream of tartar
    2 Tbsp. nonfat dry milk
    1 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Beat egg whites and cream of tartar to soft peaks.
    Beat in dry milk and sugar.
    Beat to stiff peaks.
    Place cantaloupe slices on cookie sheet.
    Top each with a scoop of ice cream.
    Cover with meringue, covering each cantaloupe slice and ice cream completely. Bake 5 minutes at 500\u00b0 or until lightly browned.
