Steak And Potato Supper - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. round steak, cut into pieces
1/3 c. flour
4 Tbsp. oil
6 small potatoes, peeled
1 small onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 cans Hunt's tomato sauce (8 oz. cans)
Preparation

Roll steak in flour.
Fry in oil until browned.
Place meat in 1 1/2-quart casserole dish, no excess fat.
Scrape up brown drippings in pan.
Add to meat.
Arrange potatoes, onion and parsley in pan.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Add tomato sauce. Cover.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
Makes 4 to 5 servings.
