Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 slices bacon
    1 onion, chopped
    3 c. cooked rice
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 c. tomatoes
    3 Tbsp. green pepper
    dash of garlic
Preparation
    Cook bacon and onion until brown.
    Add remaining ingredients. Place in baking dish.
    Cover with buttered bread crumbs and brown in oven at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serves 4 to 6.
