Zucchini Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. oleo
    3 lb. zucchini, sliced
    1 medium onion, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. water
    1 chicken bouillon cube
Preparation
    Melt oleo and add zucchini.
    Add onion, salt, pepper, water and bouillon.
    Cook until tender.
    In blender, blend zucchini to puree.
    Serve hot in cream soup bowls; top with sour cream.
