Cauliflower Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. water
    2 packets instant onion broth
    3 c. cauliflower
    2/3 c. nonfat dry milk powder
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Boil cauliflower in the water until soft.
    Allow to cool slightly.
    Put cauliflower and 1 cup of the water in blender; blend until smooth.
    Return blended mixture to pan with remaining water.
    Add everything but cheese; boil, then add cheese.
    Cook until melted.
    Serve.
