Cheese Grits Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    quick cooking grits (6 servings)
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. plus sharp grated Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. sour cream
    2 cloves fresh garlic, chopped
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Prepare grits as directed.
    To cooked grits, add balance of ingredients and stir.
    Pour into a 1 1/2 to 2-quart casserole dish.
    Top with 1/2 cup grated Swiss cheese and 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes, until browned slightly and set.
