Escalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium potatoes, boiled with skin on
    1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 c. coffee cream
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Peel and shred potatoes in buttered dish.
    Grate Cheddar cheese and combine with mustard, coffee cream, salt, milk and nutmeg. Heat.
    Pour over potatoes and stir lightly; chill overnight.
    Bake, uncovered at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
