Low-Fat Oven-Fried Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. skinned chicken pieces
1 c. flour
1 tsp. cumin powder
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. paprika
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. milk
4 Tbsp. Mazola margarine
Preparation

Line baking pan with foil and rub a little margarine on bottom.
Mix flour, cumin powder, pepper and paprika together. Mix egg and milk together.
Roll chicken pieces in egg mixture, then roll in flour mixture.
Place in baking pan.
Dot with margarine.
Bake approximately 1 hour at 400\u00b0 to 450\u00b0.
