Peanut Meringue Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. flour
    3 c. milk
    3 eggs, separated
    1 c. ground parched peanuts
    1 tsp. vanilla
    6 Tbsp. sugar
    1 pastry shell, baked
Preparation
    Combine in saucepan 3/4 cup sugar, cornstarch and flour. Gradually stir in milk.
    Cook on medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture thickens.
    Add slightly beaten egg yolks and cook 1 minute longer.
    Remove from heat and add peanuts and vanilla. Pour into pastry shell.
    Make meringue with egg whites and 6 tablespoons sugar.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes or until meringue is lightly browned.
