Southwestern Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese
1/2 c sour cream
1/4 c salsa
1 1/2 c grated cheddar cheese
Round loaf bread (Hawaiian, caraway, sourdough, white)
Preparation

Beat together the 1st three ingredients. Fold in grated cheese. Hollow out loaf and cut up into 1 inch cubes of bread. Put in cheese mixture into loaf. Bake 45 minutes at 300\u00b0 with foil over it on a cookie sheet. Toast 1 inch bread cubes for dipping in the cheese mixture.
