French Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    unbaked pastry for a one crust pie
    about 6 c. pared and sliced pie apples
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. (1 stick) butter or margarine
    1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
    1 c. flour
Preparation
    Toss together the apples, cinnamon and sugar.
    Place the apple mixture in the pie crust.
    Cream together the butter and brown sugar.
    Use a pastry blender or 2 knives to combine the flour with the creamed mixture until the mixture becomes crumbly.
    Top the pie with this crumbly mixture.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes (until bubbly and lightly browned).
